Rules of use
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break its security, harvest pages with automated tools, or flood the contact form with junk.
Age
Readers need to be at least 18, or 21 where a local rule sets the bar higher. Age rules for check-in are set by the resort.
Third parties
We take no bookings or payments. Rates, resort fees, availability and cancellation terms are set by the hotel or by the booking platform you choose, and they can change without notice. We are not liable for third-party websites, their prices or their terms.
Intellectual property
The text, design and the vibecrick name belong to Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla. Brief excerpts are fine if you credit vibecrick and link the page; other copying needs written permission. Names of other businesses appear only to identify them.
Subject matter of vibecrick
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
Where our responsibility ends
Treat the pages as good-faith travel notes. Where the law allows, the operator is not answerable for any loss caused by acting on them; responsibilities the law will not let anyone exclude remain in place.
Which law applies
